If the set temperature is higher than the room temperature, after a few seconds you will hear a “CLAC”, the plug will power the heater and it will start to heat up in the next few minutes (3-4 minutes to feel that the surface of the heater starts to heat up).
If the set temperature is lower than the room temperature, after a few seconds you will hear a “CLAC”, the plug will be switched off and the heater will stop heating.
